We have the nightly quiz show come dinner time at our house. Sometimes Hayden starts getting cranky, but we discovered that he loves answering questions. And they usually distract him enough that we can get most of his dinner down between answers. His favorite categories are: animal noises, body parts, and "what does baby say" (from the Karen Katz book). I only managed to get the first 2 categories on video. . . enjoy the show!

Um, when did he get so big? And, holy jeez, he speaks well. He needs to give Jacob some pointers in that department.

They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I guess Hayden got the smarty pants genes from his engineering parents...
Man are his teachers going to love him when he gets to school - the one kid in the class who looks forward to quizzes...

That's awesome! I love all his animal sounds...the rooster was my favorite! And my kids use the bib off as the best indicator of being all done. It made me feel much better to see someone else's kiddo use the same force to take that bib off!!!
What a smarty pants! Seems like he picked up a bunch of words in the past few months...
Oh...that was sooo great!!! Thanks for putting such a long video up here! It went on forever! The goat is my favorite!!! It really did sound like a real goat was in the kitchen!!! Love him!!!

I LOVE IT!!! They are just sooooo fun and amazing all in one! Sorry to miss you guys yesterday at playgroup. My appointment went late and the boys went out for a walk. Let's catch up soon.
